Repair when it makes sense
Providers commit to considering safe, practical and reasonably priced repair options before recommending replacement. When repair is unsuitable, they should explain why and discuss sensible alternatives.
eServ Academy
The eServ Academy badge recognises providers who have completed our focused training, passed a knowledge assessment and committed to responsible repair and professional customer care. It helps you recognise that commitment when choosing someone to help with your repair.
