Delete your eServUK Marketplace account

Account deletion removes access to the Marketplace and removes or anonymises account identity, contact details, profile information, private job content, uploads, messages and user-generated review content.

Limited transaction, payment, security, support and audit records may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal obligations, fraud prevention, dispute handling or the establishment or defence of claims. Retained records are disconnected from active login credentials and are described in the Privacy Notice.

Request deletion without the app

Enter the email address used for your eServUK Marketplace account. If an active account matches, we will send a time-limited confirmation link to that address. We give the same response whether or not an account exists.
